Since we live in Virginia, we come to the OBX often to check on our rental property. We have a 'Hands On' approach to our rental home, therefore we arrive unannounced. In the past 3 years, we cannot recall any instance in which the pool or hot tub needed attention. They always look pristine.

My wife and I would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful work your company provides. One of the biggest attractions to our summer rental house is the swimming pool. When a mechanical problem developed in the summer of 2006, the tenants were furious. Keith and his staff at Pool Solutions were on top of the problem and made repairs in record time. The biggest part of the repair was not the repair itself, it was calming the furor of the tenants. Keith handled their needs and concerns with the utmost professionalism. In fact, those same renters have booked our house for 2007! Job well done!

The Outer Banks is loaded with pool and hot tub companies. I not sure how many we hired and fired before finding Pool Solutions. With the other companies, they were arrogant, wouldn't return phone calls, and to be quite honest I'm not certain they knew what they were doing. In contrast, our experience with your company has been the most straight forward and professional of the group. It has been a delight to deal with you and look forward to a long and lasting relationship.
